Some people want to talk. Some won't. Some might never feel ready - and that's okay. Sometimes the greatest support isn't finding the right words. It's having good people around you. Going for a walk. Hitting the gym. Sharing a coffee. Having a laugh. Sitting in comfortable silence. Knowing you're welcome, with no pressure to explain yourself.
We believe humour has a place too. Not because it fixes everything, but because laughter, banter between mates, and finding moments of light in difficult times reminds us that life isn't defined by our struggles. Sometimes checking in sounds like "how are you?" Other times it's taking the mickey out of your mate like you always have.
